Hi there,
I’m Giovanni Centeno, a Mixed-Methods & Human-Centered Research & Design specialist in Chicago.
I’m a UX researcher who helps teams ask better questions, uncover behavior insights, and build experiences that support how people move, learn, and feel.
With 4+ years of experience across healthcare and consumer tech, I bring a mixed-methods approach grounded in empathy, clarity, and systems thinking. I’ve led research that improves usability, accessibility, and user understanding using quantitative and qualitative methods like interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
My background in human-computer interaction, psychology, and digital humanities gives me a lens that’s both analytical and narrative. I care deeply about how tools, environments, content, and design inform how people make sense of the world.
Currently open to full-time roles and collaborative projects where human-centered design, learning, or behavior are at the core.
